The role

The Dispute Resolution team in Singapore is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The role involves close collaboration with partners, associates, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient case management.

  • Maintain and organise both physical and electronic records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Prepare, draft, and format legal documentation and correspondence
  • Support billing and invoicing activities in a timely manner
  • Manage court filings and legal submissions using e-litigation systems
  • Professionally handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendar arrangements for fee earners
  • Assist with conflict searches and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Arrange travel plans and handle related logistical requirements when necessary
The Requirements
  • Possesses at least three years of experience in a legal secretarial or personal assistant position
  • Diploma in Law, GCE A-Level, or a comparable qualification
  • Demonstrated practical experience using e-litigation platforms
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to carry out basic legal research and drafting duties
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and performing well under tight timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint
