Job description

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Korean-Speaking) for global clients including Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities
  • Work with our clients remotely and provide legal support focusing on the Korean market
  • Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: creative, advertising and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals.
  • Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements and related policies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years’ of PQE experience in Korea, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. More experienced talents are welcome
  • Prior work experience in Korea is essential
  • Korea legal qualification preferred but open to all jurisdictions in terms of qualification
  • Able to write and draft in Korean and English
  • Offers remote work arrangement but requies incumbent being currently based in HK / SG / Australia / N. America
