Job summary

A leading legal recruiting firm in Singapore is seeking a Legal Consultant to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of PQE and be called to the Singapore or a common law jurisdiction bar. Strong commercial law knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and providing legal advice to operational units. A dynamic team player is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years PQE and called to the Singapore or a common law jurisdiction bar.
• Strong commercial background with a good knowledge of contract law.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Law or equivalent
• 8+ years PQE and called to the Singapore or a common law jurisdiction bar
• Strong commercial background, with good knowledge of contract law
• A strong team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and adaptable and flexible with regard to activities undertaken
