Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping and International Trade disputes, including advisory and litigation support.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to shipping and international trade.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
• Assist in arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and correspondence.
• Support senior lawyers in developing case strategies and managing client relationships.

Requirements
