A leading global investment firm is seeking a qualified lawyer in Singapore to provide legal support for the Asset Wealth Management (Private) business. The role involves advising on transactions, managing legal risks, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Candidates should have 5-10 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong grounding in structured credit transactions and relevant in-house or law firm experience. This position offers an opportunity to work critically within a dynamic legal team.
We are looking for a lawyer to provide legal support to the Asset Wealth Management (Private) business of Goldman Sachs based preferably in Singapore.
The AWM Private business is part of the global AWM Private Division that invests primarily third-party capital across the equity, credit and real estate sectors.
Members of the AWM Private Legal team are involved in virtually every aspect of the AWM Private business ranging from structuring deals, transaction diligence, negotiation of deal documents, portfolio management issues and fundraising initiatives.
AWM Private Legal provides legal, policy, reputational and commercial advice to protect the Firm and ensure high-quality, value-added execution of transactions.
