Learning & Training Video Creator (1 Month Contract)
Responsibilities
This position reports to the Manager, Learning & Service Quality.
- Review and clean up existing PowerPoint decks (layout, consistency, visuals).
- Prepare concise scripts for voice-over narration based on slide content.
- Use available AI voice-over applications to record narration in English.
- Generate translated versions of narration (using provided or accessible tools).
- Sync narration with slides and export as training videos.
- Convert final content into SCORM-compliant packages for Learning Management System (LMS) use.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, iSpring, Captivate) or similar.
- Familiarity with AI voice-over applications and basic video editing.
- Knowledge of SCORM packaging and LMS requirements (preferred, not mandatory if willing to learn).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently on tight timelines.
- Pleasant & well-groomed individual, with strong business etiquette.
- Proficiency and experience in multimedia is an advantage.
