Objective
To empower and develop individuals through impactful learning initiatives and engaging recruitment efforts, while building a strong workplace culture within Fitness First. This role aims to nurture talent, enhance employee growth, and attract passionate people who share our purpose of helping others #GoFurther.
Core Responsibilities:
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Facilitate internal workshops, onboarding, and capability‑building sessions.
- Design and build new programs for employee development.
- Champion the company’s learning culture by aligning all initiatives to the Core Purpose and Winning Ways values.
- Coordinate resources and logistics for both face‑to‑face and virtual courses (scheduling, venue setup, learner communication).
- Maintain training records, evaluation forms, and SOP databases for audit and reporting.
- Ability to continuously improve administrative processes through automation tools (Excel VBA, Power Automate, SharePoint) is a plus.
Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage social media content to promote job openings and strengthen employer branding.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and outreach events.
- Support and assist in administrative activities related to recruitment campaigns, reporting, and coordination tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences.
- Skilled in Learning Analytics & Reporting to measure training effectiveness.
- Experienced with Digital Learning Tools such as EdApp, Canva, Kahoot, and Padlet.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Committed to continuous improvement and innovation in learning solutions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Tech‑savvy and social media proficient, with content creation and employer branding experience.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in any discipline.
- WSQ ACLP or ACTA certification is an advantage.
- Strong of adult learning principles and modern learning technologies.
