Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in any shipyard in Singapore.
• At least 3-5 years of site supervision experience in blasting and painting.
• Prior experience in Sembcorp Marine or other major Singapore shipyards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee painters, blasters, and general workers for productivity and quality.
• Manage daily work schedules, manpower, and equipment.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with project teams and other contractors.
• Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and safety protocols are followed.
• Track project deadlines and submit daily progress reports.
• Conduct quality assurance and control inspections.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
• Champion a zero-harm safety culture.
• Ensure PPE compliance and adherence to safety rules.
• Investigate and report incidents or near-misses promptly.
