Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and product development for our power solutions (Generators, BESS, Distribution).
• Ensure system reliability, drive product improvements, and mentor junior staff. Field & Technical: Lead testing, troubleshooting, site commissioning, and maintenance.
• Product Growth: Propose equipment upgrades based on field data and support new product trials. Collaboration: Mentor the engineering team and provide technical support to sales, vendors, and customers.
• Compliance: Maintain strict safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering. Experience: 4–8 years in power generation or distribution.
