Job summary

Job description
Requirement Analysis :

Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate reporting requirements.

Understand data source mapping and transformation logic.

Report Development

Design and implement 100 reports using agreed tools and frameworks.

Ensure reports meet documented business requirements and comply with BANK'S standards.

Testing & UAT Support :

Prepare test cases and validate reports during UAT. Address defects and implement fixes promptly.

Deployment & Documentation :

Execute production deployment following BANK'S change management processes.

Maintain rollback plans and deployment documentation.

Collaboration :

Work with Bank's teams for access to systems and environments. Provide regular updates and utilization reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in report development for financial or trading systems.
  • Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, data transformation, and ETL concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with stock trading workflows and financial data structures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during UAT and production deployment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in credit pool model projects or time‑based service engagements.
  • Knowledge of Banks technical environment and compliance standards.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proactive and self‑driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized with a strong focus on following prescribed processes and procedures.
