Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in IT development, preferably in banking or financial services with minimal 3 years of report development experience.
• Lead to have experience in leading a team of minimum 6 members.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate reporting requirements.
• Design and implement approximately 100 reports using agreed tools.
• Execute production deployment following change management processes.
