As a , you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources. You will contribute to Surface Pressure Control (SPC) projects in a complex and interesting technical environment. You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned to deliver successful projects to our customers.

As a Lead Project Planner, you will be responsible for :
  • Managing Schedules : Overseeing the overall project schedule management, ensuring its quality and accuracy (update of dates, progress, scope definition).
  • Collaborating with other planners including other product line and engineering planners also the execution functions (engineering / procurement / manufacturing / quality / logistics) to ensure the quality / accuracy.
  • Supporting project management : providing visibility of tasks, risks in schedules and mitigation actions lastly the opportunities in the schedule.
  • Providing relevant reports to ensure Project Manager has the tools to make the right decisions and drive on-time / on-budget project execution
  • Supporting with the customer : Interacting with the customer (internal and external) to provide updates on schedule and explaining the current situation / challenges / opportunities.
  • Implementing integrated project planning initiatives : Adhere to the processes and drive the implementation of new initiatives, leading to fully integrated planning.
  • Evaluating current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :
  • Have at least 5 years of extensive project planning experience (integrated schedules during bidding and execution).
  • Be proficient in Primavera P6 as planning tool and MS office.
  • Be familiar with Project Management concept including API 6A / 17D.
  • Be able to independently schedule multiple projects.
  • Have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
  • Have proven interpersonal and relationship building skills. Be fluent in English and Mandarin (Oral and Written).
