Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design and development, preferably in connector design and manufacturing.
• Experience in design control, management, and engineering analysis.
• Prior involvement in manufacturing environments supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of new product projects from concept to market.
• Lead design reviews and conduct design FMEA.
• Support product introduction by visiting customers and manufacturing partners.
