A leading aerospace company in Singapore is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for product, process, and equipment development, ensuring quality and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with a background in manufacturing and familiarity with SAP/Solumina. Responsibilities include conducting trials, generating work instructions, and collaborating on Lean initiatives. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Role Overview:
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have relevant shop floor experiences in repair works within a MRO environment and is able to troubleshoot issues on the shop floor when the need arises. The candidate should exhibit strong skills in strategic planning, project management and teamwork building. The candidate is preferred to exhibit familiarity in dealing with SAP/Solumina etc.
