Job summary

A technology solutions company based in Singapore is looking for a technical support specialist to manage training systems, provide infrastructure support, and lead a small team of engineers. Qualifications

• 2-3 years working with Data Center infrastructure, hands-on setup experience with servers and networking equipment.
• Good knowledge in IP subnetting, VLANs, routing, IPSec and port forwarding.
• Experience in automation scripts for improving IT efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal training systems and infrastructure.
• Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory and system configurations.
