Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering or design engineering.
• Proven experience managing multiple FAEs or a technical team.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, technical sales support, or account management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex customer projects.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to propose tailored solutions.
• Oversee the design-in process from customer requirements to mass production.
• Conduct technical presentations and training for customers.
• Develop account management plans ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and inform FAE strategy.
