Job Description
  • Lead equipment fault investigations and implement long-term solutions to improve machine reliability, product quality, and process robustness.
  • Optimize equipment utilization by driving improvements in MTBF, MTTR, and overall throughput.
  • Develop and continuously update preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and risk assessments.
  • Perform modifications and enhancements on PECVD production equipment to improve performance and stability.
  • Drive cost efficiency by reducing waste, controlling spare part inventory, and improving equipment productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of shift technicians, building technical competencies and ensuring strong equipment coverage around the clock.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing goals, address production challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Material Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in wafer manufacturing, with proven expertise in PECVD equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of vacuum and plasma systems, with practical experience in equipment maintenance and improvement.
  • A proactive problem solver with the ability to balance technical depth and leadership.
