Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute manufacturing operations for biologics production, focusing on Downstream processes (Chromatography, Filtration, Ultrafiltration, Final Filling).
• Act as Deputy for Manufacturing Supervisor during absence.
• Drive troubleshooting, process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coach and train team members, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain audit readiness and support regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.>
• Proven leadership experience (Deputy Supervisor / Team Lead).
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Engineering (Biochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical).
