Job summary

A leading lighting technology company in Singapore seeks a Senior Field Application Engineer to provide technical support across the APAC region. The candidate will lead a team, communicate with partners and customers in English and Mandarin, and collaborate with Sales teams. Required qualifications include certification in a related field, strong communication skills, and 5-10 years of experience in lighting control systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in lighting control systems or field applications.
• Expertise in lighting controls like DALI, KNX, or DMX is a big plus.
• Experience in handling and troubleshooting electrical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Field Application Engineers across APAC.
• Provide technical support across APAC to partners and projects.
• Collaborate with the APAC Sales team to ensure smooth customer journey.
