As a Conveyancing Lawyer at Pertinent Law LLP, you will be responsible for delivering expert legal guidance and support across a wide range of property transactions, including residential, commercial, industrial and under-development matters. You will collaborate closely with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and fellow legal professionals to ensure property deals are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on property transactions and keep clients informed throughout the process.
  • Draft, prepare, and review contracts and legal documents related to property deals.
  • Conduct title searches, assess legal risks, and advise on regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the full conveyancing process and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Negotiate terms and resolve disputes to safeguard clients' interests in property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on property laws and engage in continuous learning to enhance legal expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a University recognized by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE).
  • Called to the Bar and qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
  • Prior experience as a Practising Conveyancing Lawyer is an added advantage.
