A leading research university in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Technician to assist with the processing of bio-samples for clinical research. The Cardiovascular-Metabolic Disease Translational Research Programme (CVMD-TRP) at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, under the leadership of Professor Roger Foo, is dedicated to advancing the understanding of cardiovascular metabolic diseases and developing innovative therapies that can make a real difference in the lives of patients. We are mobilising our collective talent and resources for comprehensive research – encompassing molecules, DNA, RNA, cells, clinical trials, computational and data science, implementation, behavioural and social science.
A Laboratory Technician position is available, and we invite you to apply. The successful candidate will assist with tasks vital to processing clinical samples (blood, urine, saliva) from healthy participants and biobanking those samples. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be awarded a one-year (renewable) contract at first instance.
