Job description

Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life‑science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Lab Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects.

This is a 1 Year contract (Convertible) role. They are located in Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.

5 days work week - Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30pm)

Training will be provided for Entry Level (structured training programs)

Duties

• Address and resolve regulatory matters with stakeholders such as artwork copy experts and artwork planners
• Contribute towards organizational and quality excellence; enhance efficiency of work processes, identify and resolve quality incidents
• Execute category specific processes with excellence to ensure artworks are regulatory compliant; on-time, correct inputs and approvals of artworks and resolution of issues

Requirements

• Possess minimally a Nitec/Diploma in Chemistry / Lifescience / Biotech / Pharmacy / Food Tech related fields
• No experience needed - Training Provided (structured training programs)
