Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Java L3 Production Support Lead who can balance strong coding skills with deep production support expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Core Java, troubleshooting complex production issues, and implementing DevOps practices for stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L3 production support for critical applications, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of incidents.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues in Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for incident management and root cause analysis.
• Automate recurring tasks and improve system efficiency through scripting and tools.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
• Monitor and analyze application logs, system health, and job executions.

Required Skills
