Prepare training kitchen for practical sessions
Coordinate with trainer's instructors and operations team
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance (HACCP/FSSAI)
Support trainees' in effective learning and safe equipment usage
Manage inventory, material issuance, and wastage control
Maintain kitchen equipment and operational records
Knowledge of kitchen operations or training
Understanding of food safety standards and compliance
Good organizational, planning, and communication skills
Minimum ITE/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a training environment
Able to commit five day work week including one weekend and public holidays, if necesssary
