  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where children are encouraged to challenge themselves, build self-confidence, and achieve their personal best.
  • Provide constructive feedback on technique, safety, and skill development to each child while maintaining an exciting and motivating atmosphere.
  • Ensure the proper use of equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized training space.
  • Monitor safety during activities, particularly for climbing and other physically challenging exercises.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement promotional and seasonal programs, events, and academy initiatives.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with the latest coaching methods, safety protocols, and industry trends.
