Job summary

A leading audio-visual solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to prepare sales pitches and manage client relationships. The role requires at least a diploma in Electronic Engineering or Audio Visual and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present customized sales proposals.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
• Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
• Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
• Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
• Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronic Engineering/ Audio Visual
• At least 1 years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record
• Able to speak Chinese to liaise and communicate with Mandarin speaker stakeholder
