    The Key Account Manager position in the Telecom/ISP industry is a crucial role where you will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing B2B accounts. Your primary focus will be on selling Internet Access Services, such as Leased Line Circuits, Ethernet, and Broadband Wireless, to enterprise clients. Additionally, you will cross-sell other internet-based solutions like VOIP, Dialers, UTMs (Cyberoam & Sonicwall), and VPN Services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and managing complete sales cycles will be essential to achieve and exceed sales targets.You will need to have excellent English communication and presentation skills, along with current experience in the Telecom/ISP industry. A strong track record in B2B sales and client acquisition is a must. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred. Technical knowledge of ISP, Broadband, and internet technologies is also required.With at least 4-6 years of sales experience in Telecom/ISP, including expertise in Enterprise IBW Lease Line Sales and monthly target achievement, you will be expected to be proactive in business generation. This includes activities like cold calling, area mapping, daily activity reporting, and building robust prospect pipelines. Relationship management with top management, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals will be key strengths. Moreover, you should be well-versed in broadband and enterprise connectivity solutions, self-driven, results-oriented, and proficient in negotiation.In this role, you will report directly to the Business Head (Area Manager) and work closely with cross-functional departments to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Regularly generating MIS reports to monitor sales funnels and performance, collaborating with the marketing team to create region-specific plans, and engaging in impactful sales pitches will be part of your responsibilities. Your contribution will be vital in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives effectively.,
