Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a professional for a newly created role to drive sales and distributor management in Singapore. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with distributors, implement business plans, and analyze market trends. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in FMCG distributor management are required. The position offers a contract role with a salary up to $7k plus benefits.

The Opportunity
  • Opportunity for a renowned Beverage Brand in the FMCG industry. This is a newly created role in Singapore to drive sales and distributor management. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with a strong background in FMCG and a passion for building high‑performing partnerships.
  • Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
  • Work from home, and travelling for meetings with Distributor!
  • 12‑Months contract (renewable)
  • Salary: up to $7k + transport allowance (subjected to experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor or channel management within the FMCG sector (Brand Principal)
  • Proven track record in delivering top‑line and bottom‑line results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
