The Opportunity
- Opportunity for a renowned Beverage Brand in the FMCG industry. This is a newly created role in Singapore to drive sales and distributor management. This role is ideal for a commercially savvy professional with a strong background in FMCG and a passion for building high‑performing partnerships.
- Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
- Work from home, and travelling for meetings with Distributor!
- 12‑Months contract (renewable)
- Salary: up to $7k + transport allowance (subjected to experience)
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor or channel management within the FMCG sector (Brand Principal)
- Proven track record in delivering top‑line and bottom‑line results.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High resilience, agility, and a growth mindset.
Job Description
- Lead and manage distributor relationships to ensure alignment with brand and channel strategies.
- Develop and implement annual business plans with distributors, aligned to company growth objectives.
- Monitor distributor performance across volume, value, ROI, and market share targets.
- Drive in‑market execution excellence, including visibility, availability, and activation at the point of purchase.
- Identify capability gaps and lead training and development for distributor teams.
- Analyze market trends, shopper insights, and category performance to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
