Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a sales support role to assist the Key Account Manager in executing business plans and managing relationships with retail partners. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and 1-2 years of related experience, particularly in the Foods/FMCG sector. This role offers a salary of up to $5k and a supportive working environment.

Job Scope
  • Support Key Account Manager in executing business plans and promotional activities across General & Modern Trade channels.
  • Work with operations and merchandising teams to drive sales, visibility, and in-store execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, trading terms, product listings, and promotions.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned General Trade accounts, ensuring timely support and communication.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth and service excellence.
  • Assist in onboarding and managing new retail accounts and store groups.
  • Track sales performance, stock availability, and promotion results; provide insights for planning.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure smooth orders, deliveries, and activations.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, forecasts, and account plans for internal and customer use.
  • Document meeting notes and follow up on deliverables.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant 1–2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Trade Marketing, sales support, or customer coordination, ideally within Foods/FMCG/Retail industry is preferred
  • Prior working experience in the Foods/FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
