.Net Developer

• Remuneration: Up to $7,000

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong analytical capabilities and a solid foundation in business analysis to join our team. This hybrid role involves developing and maintaining robust .NET-based applications while also engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions—especially within education or public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET) and Oracle databases
• Build and optimize efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using PL/SQL and PL/SQL Web Toolkit
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and functional designs
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system issues, ensuring timely resolution and system stability
• Ensure solutions meet security, audit, and compliance standards, including proper system logging
• Support change requests and system enhancements driven by business or operational needs
• Document application workflows, system designs, and technical configurations
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and usability
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and system deployment activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in .NET development with exposure to business analysis functions
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database development
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and deliver effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experience documenting functional requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
