• Develop and maintain technical and program documentation for planning and execution.
• Liaise with customers and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, storage, and backup systems
• Collaborate with system development teams on system design, implementation, integration, and testing
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis, including executing corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize system downtime
• Develop and maintain technical and program documentation to support effective planning and execution
• Liaise with customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
