Job summary

An industrial engineering business in Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support the sales team in promoting air filtration systems and dust collectors. Mitra Engineering Services is an industrial engineering business specializing in dust collection and air filtration systems, and we’re expanding our team to support the next stage of growth.
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to support our sales team in promoting industrial air filtration systems, dust collectors, and engineering services. Training will be provided, including site visits and product familiarisation.

You will assist with quotations, customer outreach, coordination with internal teams, and follow-ups to help maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.
  • Contact new potential customers through email, LinkedIn or phone.
  • Arrange customer meetings and support senior sales staff during site visits.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for leads, opportunities, quotations and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with project, service and operations teams for pricing and technical information.
  • Assist with basic technical documentation and product materials.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally via email and phone.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of sales/technical support experience welcome.
  • Interest in industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Competent in MS Office; Excel proficiency an advantage.
  • Class 3 licence preferred but not required.
    Working hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00 – 17:30
