Job summary

A growing financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Junior Operations Executive to join their Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all trades are accurately recorded and compliance reports are submitted to regulatory authorities. Additionally, the role involves improving system processes and resolving operational issues. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in related fields and have at least 6 months of relevant internship experience, along with strong Excel and VBA skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree Holder or any other relevant education.
• Minimum 6 months of internship experience handling Commodities operations.
• Good working knowledge in VBA, Macros, Excel or other IT skill sets.

THE COMPANY

Focused on their product offerings, this company has grown rapidly. Currently, they seek for Junior Operations Executive to assist them in their Operations team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all trades are properly recorded in reports
• Ensure compliance reports are sent to ASIC and MAS
• Ensure compliance to reporting requirements for OTC derivatives
• Reconcile/ensure completeness on trades transacted when due to mismatched/mapping etc.
• Be part of the team to improve system processes
• Resolve any issues from the operations processes
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree Holder(Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance) or any other relevanteducations
• Minimum 6 months of internshipexperience handling Commodities operations
• Good working knowledge in VBA, Macros, Excel or other IT skill sets
• Efficient, able to multi-task, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
