Overview

The Role

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation related to ship finance and other financial or treasury-related transactions, including loan agreements, term sheets, security packages, swap arrangements, and corporate authorizations.
• Supporting all aspects of vessel sale and purchase transactions, as well as financing processes and loan drawdowns — including preparing vessel mortgage releases, handling pre-delivery financing, and coordinating vessel deliveries.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and departments on matters involving vessel documentation, insurance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial tasks — such as preparing KYC documentation and corporate approvals.

To Qualify

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent
• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
