About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our SaaS engineering team. Under the guidance of the CTO and senior developers, you will contribute to product enhancements, bug fixing, and production support. You will also assist with DevOps and troubleshooting tasks while learning best practices for SaaS development, security, and ISO27001 compliance. This is a hands‑on role ideal for a developer eager to grow in both coding and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement basic product enhancements and new features (front‑end + back‑end).
• Support production troubleshooting and incident resolution for the SaaS platform.
• Work on bug fixing, testing, and small improvements.
• Assist with DevOps tasks: deployments, CI/CD pipelines, Helm chart updates, Kubernetes support.
• Support integration and report generation using PostGres database and Microsoft Power BI.
• Learn and apply SaaS best practices, including security controls and ISO27001 principles.
• Collaborate with senior developers and follow coding/documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic to intermediate skills in React / Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Redis, JWT authentication, REST APIs
• Have knowledge in Azure cloud, GitHub workflows, Docker/Kubernetes
• Awareness of SaaS platform operations and able to do basic troubleshooting/ production support.
• 1–3 years of relevant development experience (internships, projects, or junior roles accepted)
