We are looking for a Junior Engineer / Engineer Assistant to join our engineering team. Fresh graduates are welcome – full training will be provided.

You will be exposed to design, servicing, troubleshooting and repair of deck machinery and hydraulic systems used in offshore and marine operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in servicing and maintenance of Deck Machinery such as: Windlasses, Cranes, Davits

Replace hydraulic hoses, fittings and piping

Assist in assembling, dismantling and repairing: Pumps, Valve, Gearboxes

Support workshop fabrication and steel repair works on

Assist senior engineers during: On-site servicing, Afloat repairs onboard vessels

Support basic design and drafting work (training provided)

Work closely with Project, Sales and Operations teams

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Marine, Civil, etc.)
  • No working experience required – training will be provided
  • Willing to learn and work in workshop and onboard vessels
  • Hands‑on, positive working attitude
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a bonus (not compulsory)
