Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of M&E systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability standards.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Green Mark frameworks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis for various projects and prepare structured reports.
• Develop OSE and PUE reports using engineering data.
• Perform lighting simulations to assess energy efficiency.
• Carry out site inspections for M&E systems.
• Build and automate data analysis workflows using Python and SQL.
• Analyze datasets for Green Mark scoring.
• Create dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Draft and update AutoCAD drawings.
• Document methodologies and findings.
