Job description

Responsibilities

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, contentof the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changesassociated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearlydocument the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role inensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information requiredfrom source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flowstrategy.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process toensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought throughfrom a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-endconfiguration perspective.
• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.
• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.
• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, businesssolutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.
• Able to prepare test plan and test cases based on business/user requirements
• Perform user acceptance testing activities on SSB machines
• Provide daily testing report
• Perform Project and BAU analysis wherever required
• Able to work under tight timeline and can deliver good quality work
• May be assigned to other activities during engagement period

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience required
• SGreans/PR only
• A minimum of 2 years in program, project management, process improvement and/or consulting experience in a complex environment
• Experience in business roles where change management is a vital component
• Experience with managing complex, integrated business change projects
• Ability to see connections and systems across process, includingthe ability to understand change impacts across current and future state
• Experience and expertise across end-to-end business cycles
• Demonstrable track record in managing and influencing improvement in unit(s)
• Strong communication skills; including the ability to createeffective and persuasive communication materials, convey technical andbusiness concepts verbally and in writing and to listen actively andfacilitate in small group settings
