Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst with a strong foundation in accounting principles. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to apply their accounting knowledge to business analysis within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, process, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Process Mapping & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business processes and workflows. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Communication: Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • System Support & Testing: Assist in the implementation and testing of financial systems and tools. Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation phases.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis and accounting. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance analytical and technical skills.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, accounting, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus. Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
