Key Responsibilities

• Be part of a world-renowned cocktail bar team, working in a refined and dynamic environment known for excellence and creativity.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization throughout bar operations.
• Learn the art of cocktail-making, from classic techniques and cocktail history to modern mixology methods and innovative service styles.
• Assist in daily bar set‑ups and breakdowns, including the preparation of edible garnishes, organizing the workstation, and supporting the creation of house‑made ingredients.
• Replenish and restock all bar supplies efficiently to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service.
• Interact with guests, provide warm and attentive hospitality, and assist them throughout their experience.
• Collaborate closely with the bar and service team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• No prior cocktail bar experience required. Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service will be needed.
