Job Description
  • Oversee art direction for photo shoots and creative styling to maintain cohesive visual identity across all deliverables
  • Responsible for creating and developing visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs but not limited to digital communications, websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, marketing materials, press advertising, logos and branding
  • Manage and lead assigned creative processes and tasks as directed, guiding creative team members and vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Apply expert art direction to all visual elements of creative projects to maintain aesthetic excellence and brand alignment
  • Design and develop high-quality visual designs, layouts, and storyboards that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs concepts to visualize ideas
  • Review and approve design works, provides constructive feedback and creative direction to ensure consistency and innovation
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for work progressing through the creative studio, actively evolving design strategies to promote creative excellence
  • Produce effective web and print layouts from concept to final execution within established deadlines
  • Produce compelling written content as needed to complement visual materials
  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets and timelines
  • Conduct market research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews with innovative ideas and design perspectives
  • Identify and resolve design, staffing, or workflow challenges as they arise
  • Perform any others ad-hoc duties as directed
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Art / Graphic Design / Marketing & Communications / Journalism or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative / Advertising industry or within the industry in a media agency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished visual design across multiple mediums
  • Hands-on experience with typography, colour, web layout design, and print production. Familiarity with video is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently and work as a team player
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
