Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Application Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of global marketing initiatives for our mobile application. This role provides hands‑on exposure to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook marketing, influencer collaboration, content creation, market research, and campaign performance analysis. The position offers valuable experience in international marketing operations and data‑driven decision‑making, preparing candidates for a long‑term career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
1. TikTok, Instagram & Facebook Marketing
  • Support the execution of global marketing campaigns to promote the company’s mobile application across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and engaging suitable influencers/KOLs for collaborations.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules and monitor progress to ensure smooth execution.
  • Participate in budget tracking and cost management to support cost‑efficient campaign operations.
2. Content Coordination
  • Assist in the ideation, script development, and scheduling of social media content.
  • Work closely with influencers and the internal marketing team to produce high‑quality, engaging, and brand‑aligned video content.
  • Support the review and publishing process for short‑form videos and ad creatives.
  • Contribute to the development of monthly creative strategies, campaign themes, and content roadmaps tailored to user segments and market trends.
3. Market Trend Research
  • Stay up to date on global social media trends, viral content patterns, and competitor activities.
  • Provide creative recommendations to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Assist in tracking and analysing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Support ROI analysis and performance reporting for influencer campaigns and paid media.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to evaluate engagement, reach, and conversion outcomes.
  • Use data insights to support continuous strategy refinement and marketing improvements.
5. Influencer & KOL Management
  • Support the management and relationship building with influencers and content creators.
  • Assist in communication, deliverable coordination, and campaign follow‑ups.
  • Participate in evaluating influencer performance and negotiating cost‑efficient collaboration deals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and mobile applications.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook platforms.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trends and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin (spoken) to liaise with regional teams and partners.
  • Proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
