A dynamic leisure company in Singapore is seeking a Junior Accounts Clerk to support the Accounting & Finance Department on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on the accounting operations for a golf driving range, including retail and F&B transactions. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Accounting, minimum 1 year of relevant experience, and familiarity with Xero accounting software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Accounts Assistant / Accounts Clerk experience.
  • Hands-on experience using Xero is required.
  • Prior exposure to retail or F&B accounting is strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with AP/AR and high-volume transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounts data entry into Xero (AP & AR).
  • Enter and maintain sales, invoices, receipts, and expenses.
  • Handle accounting records for golf operations, retail, and F&B.
  • Assist with invoice matching, checking, and filing supporting documents.
  • Support basic accounts administration and month-end preparation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Clerk to support our Accounting & Finance Department on a 3-month contract (with option to extend). Based at Senoko (North of Singapore), this role supports the accounting operations for our golf driving range, including retail and F&B transactions. The ideal candidates with prior retail or F&B accounts exposure and familiar with Xero accounting software will have an advantage.

JOB SCOPE
  • Perform accounts data entry into Xero (AP & AR)
  • Enter and maintain sales, invoices, receipts, and expenses
  • Handle accounting records for golf operations, retail, and F&B
  • Assist with invoice matching, checking, and filing of supporting documents
  • Support basic accounts administration and month-end preparation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
  • Provide general support to the Accounting & Finance team as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting / Finance preferred
