Job summary

A leading healthcare company is seeking an experienced Account Manager for their Joint reconstruction portfolio. In this role, you will build relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets, develop customer loyalty, and support strategic business planning and product launches. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in medical device sales and a strong background in orthopaedics. Qualifications

  • Proven experience over 5 years in medical devices sales.
  • Orthopaedic knowledge preferred, with experience in handling operational aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve/exceed assigned account sales targets & gross profit contribution.
  • Identify development opportunities for target customers.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through relationships and support.
  • Support professional education of surgeons through training.
  • Work closely with sales manager to implement sales plans.
