Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver solutions using Java, Spring Boot, EJB, MySQL, Oracle, IBM MQ.
• Translate business/system requirements into scalable and stable technical solutions.
• Analyse and resolve complex legacy issues and production incidents.
• Ensure compliance with coding, performance, and security standards.
• Work in Agile teams (Scrum/XP) with practices like TDD and CI.
• Review architecture, challenge technical decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage timelines, and provide clear status updates.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring high-quality delivery.
