Job description

As an IT Technical Support/Technical Chat Support Executive/Merchant Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in understanding and utilizing our products and services. Your main duties will include resolving customer queries, managing support documents, and ensuring customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess good analytical skills and be a proficient problem solver. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work in rotational shifts and should have a basic understanding of any coding language and familiarity with Postman tool. A Technical Graduate Degree/Diploma is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Immediate joiners are preferred, with a joining period of within 30 days.This is a full-time position with the option to work from home. The work location is at Sector 62, Noida.
