Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and monitor Windows servers (on-prem & cloud) to achieve 99.9% uptime.
• Drive patch automation and reporting to maintain high compliance levels.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployments and reporting.
• Monitor security tools and respond to alerts.
• Support network upgrades and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Prepare SOPs, change logs, and incident resolution steps for governance.
