Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Alibaba Cloud).
• Familiar with cybersecurity tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure including laptops, servers, software, and network systems.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system uptime, performance, and data integrity.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience with LAN / WAN

Proficient in troubleshooting across Windows and MacOS

Strong documentation skills
