Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Inhouse IT Administrator to manage the organisation's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology and 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include maintaining IT assets, monitoring ticket resolution, and providing technical support. A variable bonus is part of the salary package, which ranges from $2,800 to $3,300.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems.
• Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment.
• Monitor IT ticketing daily, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA.

Skills

Basic knowledge of network administration

Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune)

Proficiency in Windows OS

Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Education

Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology
