IT Support Specialist ( 5 days/ Central / Completion Bonus)

Job Details:

• Location: Central
• Working day: 5 days a week
• Working hour: 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Up to $2800

Completion bonus

The Role:

Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.

Perform system setup tasks such as installation, migration, troubleshooting, and following SOPs with escalation to Level 2/3 when needed.

Handle helpdesk operations including phone/email/remote support and updating service tickets.

Document issues and solutions, prepare reports, and maintain daily/weekly activity records.

Assist in user training and communicate updates to customers, while supporting additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
